After you pick a property, we keep working for you by helping you set up the inspection and then go through the report with a fine-tooth comb. Sometimes problems arise in the report that need to be addressed – from septic systems to termites, we’ve seen it all. We help negotiate with the seller to get some concessions and keep the deal on track.
Then, in the final stretch, we make sure the big stuff is in place, like the mortgage and homeowners insurance. We also do little things to avoid surprises later, like verifying that the taxes are what the seller says. We make referrals for movers and contractors. We give you free moving boxes.
